How do I make a purchase?

Shopping is simple here on Swan Duchess! Just choose any product you want to purchase, indicate your preferred colors, sizes and all other specifics then click ADD TO CART / Buy Now. Indicate the quantity, and any discount code if you have one, then proceed to CHECKOUT. Fill in your SHIPPING INFORMATION & PAYMENT DETAILS. You can choose between completing it using your PAYPAL information or your DEBIT/CREDIT CARD information then proceed to COMPLETE ORDER. Your ORDER NUMBER will be provided right after completing the order.

What payment methods can I use?

Our PCI-compliant payment gateways ensure 100% safety & security of all customer information. Swan Duchess accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards

PayPal: Shop faster and easier online without having to enter your credit card details on our website. Your paypal account will be charged once the order is completed.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock! When are you restocking?

We get new items daily and often restock our bestsellers. Fill in your email address at the product's page and hit SEND so you’ll be notified right away once it is restocked.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees & times vary for each country and will be displayed to you upon check out and when tracking.

How do I change/return my item?

When will I receive my purchase?

Shipping usually takes about 2-3 weeks from your purchase date but can also be as early as 5 days depending on your location. Shipping may be longer during times of high order volume (Father's Day, Mother's Day & the Holidays).
